   تخریب اراضی و ناهمگنی محیطی از عوامل مؤثر بر بوم­سامانه ­های جنگلی سراسر دنیا و خصوصیات آنها است. با وجود نقش مهم بانک بذر خاک در احیای جوامع گیاهی تخریب ­یافته، مطالعات فلورستیک در بسیاری از بوم­سامانه­های خشکی تنها بر پوشش گیاهی روزمینی متمرکز بوده است. این تحقیق با هدف بررسی اثر  تغییر کاربری اراضی از جنگل به زراعت و رهاسازی کوتاه ­مدت و  بلند­مدت از این اختلال بر پوشش گیاهی روزمینی و  بانک بذر خاک  در پارک جنگلی چغاسبز شهرستان ایلام می­ باشد. در مجموع 66 قطعه نمونه 1 متر × 1 متر به­روش تصادفی سیستماتیک برای اندازه­ گیری پوشش گیاهی مستقر شد. برای تحلیل بانک بذر خاک، در اطراف هر قطعه نمونه یک نمونه خاک در سطح 20 سانتی­متر × 20 سانتی­متری با عمق 10 سانتی­متر به­ صورت تصادفی برداشت شد. روش پیداش نهال (در گلخانه) و مقیاس فراوانی - پوشش براون بلانکه به­ ترتیب برای مطالعه بانک بذر خاک و پوشش استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که در هر سه منطقه مورد مطالعه تعداد گونه­ های موجود در بانک بذر خاک نسبت به پوشش روزمینی کاهش پیدا کرده است. تروفیت­ها شکل زیستی غالب در سه منطقه مورد مطالعه در هر دو  پوشش روزمینی و بانک بذر خاک بودند. بررسی پراکنش جغرافیایی نیز در همه مناطق نشان داد که عناصر ایران-تورانی و ایران- توران- مدیترانه­ای در پوشش سطحی و بانک بذر غالب هستند. تراکم بانک بذر خاک در کاربری زراعت بلندمدت کاهش  معنی ­داری داشت. در طول محور های تحلیل تطبیقی متعارف (DCA) بر اساس داده­های بانک بذر و پوشش روزمینی دو ترکیب گیاهی مشخص در قالب دو گروه تفکیک شد. گروه اول شامل قطعات نمونه بانک بذر و پوشش روزمینی جنگل شاهد و منطقه رهاسازی بلندمدت و گروه دوم شامل قطعات نمونه بانک بذر و پوشش روزمینی رهاسازی کوتاه­مدت از زراعت بودند. به­ نظر می­ رسد رهاسازی بلندمدت از زراعت با تکیه بر  بانک بذر خاک می ­تواند در بازسازی و احیای پوشش گیاهی زیراشکوب و بازگشت به شرایط پیش از اختلال مؤثر باشد.
