مقدمه و هدف: استفاده از کودهای زیستی همانند باکتری­ های محرک رشد گیاه به­منظور کاهش صدمات ناشی از تنش کم ­آبی در گیاهان و بهبود خصوصیات فیزیولوژیکی و در نتیجه بالا بردن میزان رشد گیاه در مناطق خشک و نیمه ­خشک از اقدامات ضروری برای کنترل تنش کم­ آبی می­ باشد. لذا این تحقیق با هدف بررسی تأثیر همزمان سطوح مختلف تنش کم ­آبی و تلقیح باکتری­ های محرک رشد گیاه بر برخی صفات فیزیولوژیک در نونهال­ های بلوط ایرانی انجام گرفت.
مواد و روش ­ها: به­ منظور بررسی تأثیر باکتری‌های محرک رشد گیاه و سطوح مختلف آبیاری بر برخی از صفات فیزیولوژیک نونهال­ های بلوط ایرانی، آزمایشی در قالب طرح پایه کاملاً تصادفی با پنج تکـرار در گلخانه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه یزد اجرا شد. فاکتور اصـلی شـامل سه سطح آبیاری (80 درصد آبیاری کامل به­عنوان شاهد، 60 و 40 درصد آبیاری کامل) و فاکتور فرعـی در شش سطح کاربرد باکتری محرک رشد گیاه (عدم تلقیح باکتریایی به­عنوان شاهد و تلقیح بذر با بـاکتری ­هـای Bacillus anthracis، B. licheniformis، Stenotrophomonas maltophilia، B. cereus و BMix (ترکیب چهار سویه) بود.
یافته­ ها: نتایج تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که تأثیر سطوح تنش کمبود آب، تیمارهای باکتریایی و اثر متقابل آن­ها بر تمامی صفات مورد مطالعه معنی­دار بود. نتایج مقایسه میانگین­ ها نشان داد که میزان کلروفیل­a ،b  و کلروفیل کل با افزایش سطوح کم­آبی کاهش می­یابد. در مقابل، میزان پرولین، فنل کل و درصد مهارکنندگی رادیکال­های آزاد در نونهال ­های بلوط ایرانی تحت تنش به­طور معنی­داری نسبت به نمونه شاهد افزایش یافت. میزان تجمع مالون­دی­آلدئید (
MDA) که میزان تخریب و پراکسیداسیون لیپیدهای غشایی را نشان می­دهد نیز با افزایش تنش کم­آبی افزایش معنی­داری نسبت به نمونه شاهد داشت ولی با اضافه­کردن باکتری­ها به تیمارهای خشکی میزان تجمع آن کاهش یافت که این نشان می­دهد باکتری آثار منفی خشکی بر پراکسیداسیون لیپیدهای غشاء را کم کرده و بدین­ترتیب باعث افزایش مقاومت نونهال ­ها به شرایط تنش شده است.
نتیجه­ گیری: به ­طور­کلی از بـین تیمارهـای باکتریـایی، تیمار باکتری (BMix) باعث افزایش میزان کلروفیل a، b، کلروفیل کل و کاهش میزان مالون ­دی­آلدئید و تیمار باکتری Bacillus anthracis باعث افزایش میزان پرولین، فنل کل و درصد مهارکنندگی رادیکال­های آزاد تحت تنش شدید کم­آبی شدند.
