پژوهش حاضر به بررسی نقش آشفتگی انسانی در ذخیره مواد غذایی نیتروژن و فسفر توسط گونه‌های علفی در جنگل‌های بلوط دارمازوی استان لرستان می‌پردازد. بدین منظور دو منطقه جنگلی تخریب‌شده و حفاظت‌شده با شرایط اکولوژیکی و فیزیوگرافی مشابه انتخاب گردید که تنها تفاوت آن‌ها حضور آشفتگی انسانی در منطقه تخریب‌شده بود. اطلاعات مربوط به اشکوب علفی، درختی و خاک با استفاده از قطعات نمونه با مقیاس‌های متفاوت و به‌صورت تصادفی در هر منطقه برداشت شد. مناطق جنگلی موردمطالعه به لحاظ شاخص‌های تنوع و غنای گونه‌ای، گونه‌های عمومی، میزان زیست‌توده، نیتروژن، فسفر و ذخیره مواد غذایی گیاهان مقایسه شدند. نتایج نشان داد که بین دو منطقه تحت حفاظت و تخریب‌یافته به لحاظ غنای گونه‌ای، تعداد گونه‌های علفی، شاخص‌های غنای مارگالف و تنوع شانون- وینر، میزان زیست‌توده روی زمینی و زیرزمینی اختلاف معنی‌داری وجود دارد. همچنین در منطقه تحت حمایت میزان زیست‌توده روی زمینی و زیرزمینی نسبت به منطقه تخریب‌شده به ترتیب 7/43% و 3/35% بیشتر بود. بر اساس نتایج در منطقه حفاظت‌شده مقادیر نیتروژن و فسفر بیشتری توسط گونه‌های علفی ذخیره می‌گردد. همچنین تعداد بیشتر گونه‌های بومی و بهبود حاصلخیزی خاک سطحی در رویشگاه جنگلی حفاظت‌شده منجر به بهبود شرایط محیطی رویشگاه و فراهم نمودن شرایط مناسب برای برگشت‌پذیری اکوسیستم گردیده است. همچنین نگهداری بیشتر مواد غذایی توسط گیاهان علفی در جنگل تحت حفاظت، گویای نقش مهم این گیاهان در ذخیره و نگهداشت عناصر غذایی اکوسیستم است چنانچه میزان ذخیره مواد غذایی در منطقه دچار آشفتگی بسیار کمتر است.
