fa شناسایی و بومی سازی معیارها و شاخص های بوم گردی روستایی در نواحی جنگلی شمال ایران Identification and Customization of Rural Ecotourism Criteria and Indicators in the Forest Areas of Northern Iran تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">چکیده مبسوط مقدمه و هدف: بوم گردی فرایندی است که از دیرباز با شکل های خاص خود به منظور تأمین نیازهای روانی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی انسان ها وجود داشته و از شاخصه های رو به رشد است. از این رو امروزه، بوم گردی به یکی از اهرم های اصلی توسعه اقتصادی و اجتماعی در بسیاری از مناطق جهان تبدیل شده است. این فرایند در مناطق مختلف باید بر پایه توسعه پایدار باشد تا ضمن حفاظت از میراث تاریخی و فرهنگی منطقه در کنار استفاده عقلایی از منابع طبیعی، طبیعت مورد نظر را نیز محافظت کند. از این رو، پیش از تدوین راهکارهای توسعه و اجرای برنامه های اقتصادی و اجتماعی، بررسی جغرافیایی منطقه و شناخت توان های محیطی آن و سپس تعیین توان بوم گردی سرزمین، با هدف بهره برداری مستمر با کمترین تخریب و حفظ منابع طبیعی، ضرورتی اجتناب ناپذیر است. لذا بوم گردی در میان انواع مختلف گردشگری از جایگاه ویژه و رشد قابل ملاحظه ای برخوردار بوده است و در 20 سال اخیر، شاهد گسترش سریع فعالیت های بوم گردی در سراسر جهان بوده ایم و انتظار می رود به شدت این گسترش نیز افزوده شود. اما نظر به اهمیت حفاظت از طبیعت، برنامه ریزی و مدیریت، بوم گردی روستایی بر اساس اصول علمی از رویکردهای ضروری در فرآیند نیل به توسعه پایدار و جلوگیری از هدر رفت وقت و سرمایه است. مواد و روش‌ها: هدف از این پژوهش شناسایی و بومی سازی معیارها و شاخص های بوم گردی روستایی به روش توصیفی-تحلیلی مبتنی بر تکمیل پرسشنامه دلفی توسط خِبرگان و کارشناسان متخصص در این حوزه است. از این رو تعداد 44 نفر از خبرگان و متخصصان بوم گردی روستایی در سه دور به پرسشنامه‌ دلفی شامل مجموعه‌ای از معیارها و شاخص‌های بوم گردی روستایی مستخرج از منابع مختلف، پاسخ دادند. در این پژوهش جهت حصول به اتفاق نظر میان اعضای دلفی یعنی همگرا شدن نظر آنها از شاخص انحراف معیار و ضریب هماهنگی کندال استفاده گردید. همچنین در این مطالعه به منظور بررسی پایداری درونی سوال های پرسشنامه از تکنیک سنجش پایایی ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: تجزیه و تحلیل یافته های این پژوهش، مجموعاً چهار معیار و 54 شاخص برای بوم گردی روستایی شناسایی نمود که در نهایت از میان آنها چهار معیار و 44 شاخص جهت ارزیابی بوم گردی روستایی بومی سازی و اولویت بندی گردید. این معیارها شامل معیارهای زیست محیطی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فنی بوده است. نتایج اولویت بندی شاخص‌های بوم گردی روستایی با استفاده از روش دلفی نشان داد که در  بُعد زیست محیطی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و فنی شاخص های وجود فضای سبز، جنگل، مراتع، تالاب، رودخانه ها و ...، سبک معماری و صنایع دستی، نوع پوشش لباس و غذاها، وجود بازارهای محلی روستایی و شاخص وجود اماکن و جاذبه های مذهبی، تاریخی، باستانی، زیارتی، مصنوعی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی به ترتیب بالاترین اولویت را در میان سایر شاخص‌های بومگردی روستایی به خود اختصاص داده اند. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج اولویت بندی معیارهای بوم گردی روستایی نشان داد، معیارهای فنی و زیست محیطی به‌ترتیب با کسب میانگین 4/37 و 3/94 اولویت اول و دوم را به خود اختصاص داده اند. از این‌رو، پیشنهاد می شود به معیارها و شاخص ها با اولویت بالای بوم گردی روستایی در برنامههای مدیریتی جهت اجرای پروژه های بوم گردی روستایی توجه بیشتری شود.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Extended Abstract Introduction and Objective: Rural ecotourism is a process that has existed for a long time with its own forms in order to provide the psychological, cultural, social and economic needs of humans and is one of the growing indicators. Therefore, today, rural ecotourism has become one of the main levers of economic and social development in many regions of the world. This process in different regions should be based on sustainable development in order to protect the historical and cultural heritage of the region along with the rational use of natural resources and also protect the desired nature.Therefore, before formulating strategies for the development and implementation of economic and social programs, the geographical survey of the region and the recognition of its environmental capabilities and then determining the ecological potential of the land, with the aim of continuous exploitation with the least destruction and preservation of resources Natural is an inevitable necessity. Therefore, rural ecotourism has a special place and remarkable growth among different types of tourism, and we have witnessed the rapid expansion of rural ecotourism activities all over the world in the last 20 years. Also, it is expected that this will be added. But considering the importance of nature protection, planning and management, rural ecotourism based on scientific principles is one of the necessary approaches in the process of achieving sustainable development and preventing waste of time and capital. Material and Methods: The purpose of this study is identification and customization rural ecotourism criteria and indicators in a descriptive-analytical method based on the Delphi questionnaire completion by using the opinion of experts and specialist in this field. Therefore, 44 rural ecotourism experts and specialists answered the Delphi questionnaire in three phases, which it includes a set of criteria and indicators of rural ecotourism extracted from various sources. In this research, the standard deviation index and Kendall's coordination coefficient were used to reach a consensus among Delphi members, that is, to converge their opinions. In this study, in order to investigate the internal stability of the questionnaire questions, Cronbach's alpha coefficient reliability measurement technique was used. Results: Analysis of the findings of the study has identified 4 criteria and 54 indicators for rural ecotourism. Finally, 4 criteria and 44 indicators were customized and prioritized to evaluate rural ecotourism. The results of prioritizing rural ecotourism indicators using the Delphi method showed that in terms of environmental, social, economic and technical criteria, the indicators of the presence of green spaces, forests, pastures, wetlands and rivers, and etc; architectural style and handicrafts, clothing and foods; the presence of local rural markets and the presence of religious, historical, ancient, pilgrimage, artificial, cultural and social places and attractions have respectively been assigned the highest priority among other indicators of rural tourism. Conclusion: These criteria include environmental, economic, social and technical criteria. The results of prioritization rural ecotourism criteria showed that technical and environmental criteria with an average of 4.37 and 3.94 had the first and second priority respectively.
