چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه و هدف: آتش ­سوزی­ یکی از مهمترین عوامل تعیین کننده و تأثیرگذار بر خصوصیات بوم­ سامانه های جنگلی است. آتش‌سوزی‌ها مناطق جنگلی را به شدت تحت تأثیر قرار داده ­اند و گاهی آثار منفی آن برای چندین سال بعد از وقوع، همچنان باقی می‌ماند، به‌طوری که گاهی وضعیت پوشش گیاهی به حالت قبل خود بر نمی‌گردد. هدف از این مطالعه مدل‌سازی بازسازی پوشش گیاهی در جنگل‌های زاگرس (استان ایلام) پس از وقوع آتش‌سوزی است.
مواد و روش­ ها: برای مدل ­سازی بازسازی پوشش گیاهی از داده‌های مختلف اقلیمی و محیطی به ­عنوان متغیرهای مستقل (پوشش گیاهی زمان وقوع آتش، شاخص شدت سوختگی، آنومالی دما و بارش، متوسط دما، بارش سالیانه، شیب، جهت و ارتفاع از سطح دریا) و پوشش گیاهی بعد از وقوع آتش به ­عنوان متغیر وابسته در مدل‌سازی (جنگل تصادفی، درخت تصمیم و تقویت گرادیان) استفاده شد. برای تهیه شاخص‌های نشان‌دهنده وضعیت تراکم پوشش گیاهی و شدت سوختگی از تصاویر ماهواره‌ای لندست استفاده شد و پس از پیش پردازش تصاویر این شاخص‌ها با نسبت ­گیری طیفی تهیه شدند. متغیرهای اقلیمی نیز با توجه به روابط رگرسیونی بین این متغیرها (مجموع بارش، متوسط دما، حداقل دما و حداکثر دما) و ارتفاع از سطح دریا در منطقه مورد مطالعه برآورد شدند. در نهایت به­ منظور مدل‌سازی از سه الگوریتم یادگیری ماشین شامل درخت تصمیم­ گیری، جنگل تصادفی و تقویت گرادیان استفاده شد و در نهایت دقت و صحت این مدل­ ها مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.
یافته ­ها: نتایج نشان داد که در بین متغیرهای مختلف مورد بررسی، میزان بارش سالیانه، متوسط دمای سالیانه، شاخص تفاضل پوشش گیاهی نرمال شده (NDVI) و شاخص شدت سوختگی در زمان وقوع آتش مهمترین عوامل تأثیرگذار بر بازسازی پوشش گیاهی بعد از آتش ­سوزی در این جنگل­ ها هستند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که در بین مدل ­های مختلف مورد بررسی الگوریتم تقویت گرادیان با میزان R2 برابر با 0/66 بهتر از سایر مدل‌ها، بازسازی پوشش گیاهی را مدل‌سازی کرد. در این مدل عوامل آب و هوایی به‌عنوان عوامل شاخص در بازسازی شناخته شدند.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج حاصل از روابط رگرسیونی بین وضعیت پوشش گیاهی بعد از وقوع آتش (متغیر وابسته) و سایر متغیرهای مستقل و نتایج حاصل از مدل‌سازی می­ توان نقش بارز عوامل آب و هوایی در بازسازی پوشش گیاهی این جنگل­ ها پس از آتش‌سوزی را تبیین کرد.
