مقدمه و هدف :روشنه­ های تاج ­پوشش به اندازه­ های مختلف در اثر اجرای شیوه جنگل­شناسی مختلف مانند تک­ گزینی درختی در توده ­های جنگلی راش در جنگل های هیرکانی به وجود آمده است. آگاهی از اثرات روشنه‏ های تاج ‏پوشش بر ویژگی ‏های درختان و خاک در بوم‏ سازگان جنگل می ‏تواند در برنامه ‏ریزی عملیات جنگل ‏شناسی کمک نماید. درختان راش سایه ‏پسند در این بوم ‏سازگان از اهمیت بوم‏ شناختی و اقتصادی برخوردار بوده و آگاهی از واکنش این‌گونه درختی باارزش می‏ تواند برای مدیریت جنگل و انتخاب شیوه‏ های جنگل‏شناسی کارآمد باشد.بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین همبستگی بین ویژگی‏ های ساختاری، مورفولوژیکی ریشه‏ های مویین درختان راش و خصوصیات زیستی خاک(زیتوده میکروبی کربن،فسفر،ازت ) در روشنه‏ های مختلف (15n=) حاصل از شیوه تک‏ گزینی درختی با شاخص رقابت در توده جنگلی راش الندان واقع در استان مازندران-ساری بود.
مواد و روش ­ها: در توده جنگلی  راش تعداد 15 روشنه در قالب سه طبقه مساحت کوچک (130-80)، متوسط (175-131) و بزرگ (300- 176متر‏مربع) شناسایی و از هر سطح، پنج تکرار انتخاب شدند. در چهار جهت جغرافیایی هر روشنه، درختان راش واقع در اشکوب فوقانی انتخاب و مشخصه ‏های ارتفاع، قطر برابر‏سینه، قطر، مساحت، حجم تاج، ریشه ­های مویین آن‌ها و نیز شاخص رقابت اندازه ‏گیری شدند.
یافته­ها: ضرایب همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که بین شاخص رقابت با ارتفاع، قطر برابر‏سینه، قطر تاج، مساحت تاج و طول تنه صاف همبستگی مثبت معنی‏دار و نیز با نسبت ارتفاع به قطر برابرسینه درختان راش همبستگی منفی معنی‏دار جود دارد (p<0.01 و p<0.05). بین شاخص رقابت با زی‏توده میکروبی نیتروژن همبستگی منفی معنی‏ دار و با نسبت زی‏توده میکروبی کربن به زی‏توده میکروبی نیتروژن همبستگی مثبت معنی‏ دار مشاهده شد (p<0.05). با افزایش تراکم، طول ویژه و مساحت ویژه ریشه ‏های مویین، مقدار شاخص رقابت روند افزایشی نشان داد (p<0.05). بین برخی ویژگی‏ های ساختاری درختان راش با مشخصه‏ های ریشه‏ های مویین در روشنه ‏ها همبستگی معنی‏ دار وجود دارد (p<0.01 و p<0.05). ضرایب همبستگی بین مشخصه‏ های ریشه ‏های مویین درختان راش در روشنه‏ ها مبین همبستگی معنی‏دار بین برخی متغییرها هستند (p<0.01 و p<0.05).
نتیجه­ گیری: به ‏طور‏کلی نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که مدیریت جنگل از طریق اجرای شیوه تک ‏گزینی درختی و تشکیل روشنه‏ های تاج­ پوشش  با مساحت­ های مختلف در راشستان مذکور بر ویژگی‏ های ساختاری و ریشه‏ های مویین درختان راش شش سال بعد از ایجاد روشنه‏ ها تأثیر گذاشته است.
