     در این پژوهش اثرات توده­ های مختلف بر روی خصوصیات فیزیکی و شیمیایی خاک و تنوع زیستی گیاهی در جنگل­ های سری الندان-ساری، قطعه 17 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای این منظور 33 قطعه نمونه 400 مترمربعی در پنج کاربری توده جنگل طبیعی راشستان خالص، جنگل آمیخته، توده جنگل ­کاری­شده زبان گنجشک، توده جنگل­ کاری­شده نوئل و توده جنگل مخروبه به ­منظور بررسی وضعیت زادآوری و تنوع پوشش گیاهی زیرآشکوب پیاده شد. در هر یک از قطعات نمونه یک نمونه خاک از عمق 10-0 سانتی­متری به ­منظور بررسی مشخصه­ های فیزیکی و شیمیایی خاک برداشت شد. نتایج نشان داد که در بخش گونه ­های زیرآشکوب شاخص­ های تنوع گونه ­ای سیمپسون و شانون وینر در بین توده ­های مختلف مورد بررسی دارای اختلاف معنی ­دار است و توده­ های آمیخته و جنگل مخروبه دارای بیشترین مقادیر بودند. هم­چنین نتایج مقایسه شاخص­ های تنوع زیستی گیاهی بخش زادآوری در بین توده ­ها نشان داد که شاخص­ های غنای گونه ­ای مارگالف و منهینیک و تنوع گونه­ای سیمپسون و شانون وینر در بین توده ­ها دارای اختلاف معنی ­دار است و جنگل آمیخته دارای بیشترین مقادیر این شاخص­ ها بود. نتایج تجزیه واریانس مشخصه­ های خاک نشان داد فقط مشخصه­ های درصد رطوبت خاک، اسیدیته و درصد کربن در بین توده ­های جنگل مورد بررسی دارای اختلاف معنی­ دار هستند. به ­طورکلی نتایج تحقیق حاضر به روشنی نشان می­ دهد که کاربری جنگل آمیخته  از نظرشاخص­ های تنوع زیستی گیاهی و مشخصات فیزیکی و شیمیایی خاک نسبت به دیگر کاربری­ ها دارای بهترین عملکرد می­ باشد.
