Cionura erecta) (مطالعه موردی: ذخیره گاه جنگلی چهارطاق -استان چهارمحال و بختیاری) اکولوژی جنگل اکولوژی جنگل پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11px;"><strong><span dir="RTL">گیاهان دارویی از جمله منابع طبیعی ارزشمندی هستند که امروزه مورد توجه کشور&shy;های توسعه &shy;یافته جهان قرارگرفته و به‌عنوان مواد اولیه جهت تبدیل به دارو&shy;های کم &shy;خطر و پربازده برای انسان تلقی می&shy; شوند. یکی از این گونه&shy;‌های با ارزش، درختچه زردکیش (</span><em><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">Cionura erecta</span></em><span dir="RTL">) است که در مناطق محدود و خاصی از کشور ما پراکنش دارد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی ترکیبات شیمیایی اسانس این گونه می&shy; باشد. به</span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">&shy;</span><span dir="RTL">این منظور نمونه &shy;هایی شامل برگ، ساقه و میوه گیاه از منطقه چهارطاق در استان چهارمحال و بختیاری جمع‌آوری و به &shy;وسیله دستگاه کلونجر اسانس &shy;گیری شد. برای شناسایی ترکیبات تشکیل&shy;‌دهنده اسانس از دستگاه کراماتوگراف گازی متصل &shy;شده به طیف‌سنج&nbsp; جرمی (</span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">GC-MS</span><span dir="RTL">)، با مقایسه شاخص &shy;های بازداری و مطالعه طیف&shy;‌های جرمی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد اسانس این گونه دارای ترکیبات ارزشمندی چون&nbsp; اوژنول (</span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">Eugenol</span><span dir="RTL">)، اکسید کاریوفیلن (</span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">Caryophyllene</span> <span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">oxide</span><span dir="RTL">)، سدرون (</span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">Cedron-9- one</span><span dir="RTL">) و آلفا کادینول (</span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">Alpha cadinol</span><span dir="RTL">) است که در صنعت و داروسازی و کنترل آفات کاربرد فراوانی دارند. در این بررسی مجموعاً 23 ترکیب شناسایی شد که در این میان ترکیبات آلفا مورولن (</span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">Alpha murolene</span><span dir="RTL">)، سدرون&nbsp; و اوژنول، بیشترین مواد مؤثر اسانس را به خود اختصاص داد. همچنین نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که اسانس گونه مورد مطالعه از نظر عناصر معدنی فسفر، منیزیم، آهن، مس، سدیم و روی غنی می&shy; باشد. </span></strong></span></div> Herbal Medicines are valuable natural resources that nowadays absorbed the attention of developed countries. Also this plants are using as raw materials to produce Low-risk and potent drugs for humans. One of these valuable species is the <em>Cionura erecta</em> shrub, distributed in a limited area of our country. The aim of this study is investigating the chemical composition of the essential oil of this species<span dir="RTL">.</span> For this purpose, samples from leaf, stem and fruit were collected from Chahar-tagh region of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province and essence were extracted by Clevenger machine. In order to identify the essential oil composition, the gas chromatograph (GC) and gas chromatograph attached to mass spectrometer (GC-MS) were used to compare the inhibitory and mass spectrometry indices. The results showed that the essential oil of this species has valuable compounds such as Eugenol, Caryophyllene oxide, Cedron-9-one and Alpha cadinol, which are widely used in industry and pharmacy and pest control.
