The Journal of Ecology of Iranian Forest (Ecol Iran For), established in 2013, is a double-blind peer-reviewed semiannual journal, owned, managed & published by Sari University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources, Sari, Iran. The journal publishes original research & review articles that lead to the novel knowledge, innovation and understanding of the field of Iranian Forests, Forestry and Forest Ecology. The journal scope includes but are not restricted to, the following areas:

• Challenges in Forest Ecology and Management
• Structure and Dynamics of Forest Ecosystems
• Biology of Trees and Associated Organisms
